Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What is the best way to ship my bike?
A: We especially like using moving companies like Allied Van lines.  They are quick and reliable and treat the bikes well.  You can also use brokers like UShip.com or Shippingmasters.com where you can put your business out for bid to motorcycle carriers all over the country. Within 24 hours you can get a many as 10 bids. All carriers are bonded and insured and know how care for your bike. No crating is required.

Q: If I send you my bike, how long will it be before it is ready.
A: Naturally, that depends on the repair. The upgrade package normally takes 4-6 weeks
